If we are out of an item you ordered, we will contact you within this same period Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Items can returned for store credit only. No returns on sale items. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the receipt and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, we will happily ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
